Coronavirus: 131 new cases, 96 recoveries and 5 deaths

ALGIERS-A total of 131 new confirmed Covid-19 cases, 96 recoveries and 05 deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours in Algeria, announced Tuesday the Ministry of Health in a communiqué.

The number of confirmed cases has hit 231,046 and that of deaths has reached 5,831 while 139,806 patients have recovered, said the source.

Besides, 15 patients are currently under intensive care, said the source.

In addition, 28 provinces have not reported any cases during the last 24 hours while 14 others have recorded from 1 to 9 cases. Six (06) provinces recorded more than 10 cases.
