My Dear Compatriots residing in the United States of America, I Greet You!

Dear Sisters, Dear Brothers,

It is true privilege and a real delight to be able to address you, first and foremost, to convey to you the brotherly and warm greetings of Mr. President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid TEBBOUNE, who had included, among his 54 commitments for the construction of a New Algeria, and his highest priorities of the hour, the preservation of the dignity and the protection of the moral and material interests of the national Community abroad, and took, for the benefit of this Community, important measures of which some have not yet finished producing their effects.

Dear Sisters, Dear Brothers, I would like to express my personal greetings to you and to tell you all my willingness and availability to be quite close to each and every one of you and to work with you in the realization of the program of Mr. President of the Republic in your favor, and, more generally, in the service of Algeria.

In all humility, it is for me the greatest honor to represent and serve Algeria and, at its helm, Mr. Abdelmadjid TEBBOUNE, the President of the Republic, in the United States of America, a historical and strategic partner. Read more...

Chères Sœurs, Chers Frères,

C’est un réel privilège et un sincère plaisir de pouvoir m’adresser à vous, d’abord et avant tout, pour vous transmettre les salutations fraternelles et chaleureuses de Monsieur le Président de la République, Abdelmadjid TEBBOUNE, qui avait inscrit, parmi ses 54 engagements pour la construction d’une Algérie Nouvelle, et ses plus hautes priorités de l’heure, la préservation de la dignité et la protection des intérêts moraux et matériels de la Communauté nationale à l’étranger, et a pris, au bénéfice de cette Communauté, d’importantes mesures dont certaines n’ont pas encore fini de produire leurs effets.

Je voudrais, ensuite, vous exprimer mes salutations personnelles et vous dire toute ma volonté et ma disponibilité pour être plus proche que jamais de chacune, chacun, d’entre vous et travailler avec vous à la concrétisation du programme de M. le Président de la République en votre faveur, et, plus généralement, au service de l’Algérie.
