President Tebboune congratulates Macron on his re-election as President of France

ALGIERS-The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune sent a congratulatory message to Emmanuel Macron on the occasion of his re-election as President of France, in which he expressed the wish that this re-election opens "vast horizons of friendship, harmonious coexistence and mutually beneficial complementarity."

"On the occasion of your re-election as President of France, I am particularly pleased to offer you, on behalf of the Algerian people and government, and on my behalf, my warm congratulations and heartfelt wishes for full success in your high office," wrote President Tebboune in his message.

"At a time when you are inaugurating a second five-year term, I measure the importance of the historic opportunity offered to us to consider the future with ambition, courage and responsibility," he said.

"Whether it is about memory, human relations, political consultations or strategic projects and economic cooperation, the renewed vision, fully respectful of sovereignties and balance of interests, which we share, has the potential to open up to our two countries vast horizons of friendship, harmonious coexistence and mutually beneficial complementarity," concluded President Tebboune.
