Sellal: Algeria ready to give Algeria-Niger cooperation dimension it deserves

NIAMEY (Niger)- Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal said Thursday, in Niamey (Niger), that Algeria is “ready” to make every effort in order to give the Algeria-Niger cooperation the dimension it deserves.

“Algeria is ready to make every effort to give the Algeria-Niger cooperation the dimension it deserves,” said Sellal in a speech given at the opening of the Algeria-Niger Joint Commission raised, on this occasion, to the level of “High Joint Commission” ¬†on the decision of the two countries’ Heads of State, said Sellal.

He said this commission “takes place as the relations between the two countries have quality relations marked by an increased exchange in visits, a sustained political consultation and an active solidarity.”

Sellal underlined that this occasion “offers the opportunity for a comprehensive evaluation of our bilateral relations and provides new prospects to give greater impetus to our cooperation in conformity with the guidelines of the both countries’ Heads of State.”
