Algeria "strongly" condemns terrorist attack on Malian army in Ansongo

"Algeria has firmly condemned the deadly attack which was committed on Friday November, 1st in Indelimane, in the locality of Ansongo, against the Malian armed forces," Benali-Cherif said in a statement to APS.
Algeria which "is still faithful that the Malian government and people will manage to resolutely surmount the terrorist threat until its eradication and take up the current challenges with a view to definitively returning to stability in Mali," expresses "its solidarity with the Malian government and people and offers its sincerest condolences to the victims’ families," he added.
The terrorist attack against the Malian army killed 53 soldiers and one civilian person.
