2nd National Prize on Ending Violence against Women

ALGIERS- The Ministry of National Solidarity, Family and Women’s Affairs announced Sunday, the organization of the 2nd National Prize on Ending Violence against Women, under the theme “Violence Against Women in the Legal Perspective,” said the ministry in a communiqué.
The contest is open to intellectuals, artists and men of culture as well as humanitarian, social, cultural, scientific, economic and technical associations and public and private institutions who carried out works or researches on violence against women, said the ministry.
The ministry called on all Algerians aged 19 and over to participate in this contest, individually or collectively, adding that these candidates must submit their applications before 31 August, at the headquarters of the ministry of National Solidarity.
The file must include a handwritten application, the application form, and a cover letter explaining the nature of the candidate’s participation, in addition to the declaration of everything that concerns the rights of intellectual and adaptation property.
The participation in the contest must be done individually or collectively. The candidates must present, in 7 copies and in CD, if possible, a work that has never been published before.
