CJEU annuls extension of EU-Morocco agreements to Western Sahara

LUXEMBOURG-The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) has ruled Wednesday in favor of the annulment of the extension of two fishing and agriculture agreements between Morocco and the European Union (EU) to Western Sahara, affirming that they were sealed in violation of the Court’s decision in 2016 and without the consent of the Sahrawi people.
