Coronavirus: One new case, no death in last 24 hours

ALGIERS- One (01) new confirmed case of Coronavirus (Covid-19) and no deaths have been reported over the past 24 hours in Algeria, the Ministry of Health said in a statement on Tuesday.

The number of confirmed cases in Algeria amounts to 271,230, the number of deaths remains unchanged (6881) while that of recovered patients stands at 182,653 cases, the statement said.

The ministry of Health stresses the need to maintain vigilance, abide by the rules of hygiene and physical distancing and to keep wearing masks.
