ALGIERS- President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune excluded on Sunday that the Covid-19 vaccination becomes compulsory.
Speaking on this issue during his meeting with the representatives of the national media outlets, President Tebboune has excluded resorting to compulsory vaccination as part of the fight against Covid-19 pandemic, underlining that he got vaccinated like other citizens.
In this regard, he said that vaccination remains a "technical and medical act" to which all countries resort, warning against a new wave of the pandemic.
President Tebboune reassured that Algeria, in addition to being a country that produces Covid-19 vaccine, it has "sufficient quantities of doses."
