The President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune inaugurates the 28th Algerian Production Fair

ALGIERS- The President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune on Sunday inaugurated the 28th Algerian Production Fair “FPA 2019” at the Exhibition Palace (Algiers), in the presence of members of the Government, several figures and members of the diplomatic corps accredited in Algeria.

This inauguration is the president’s first activity since he was sworn in on Thursday. Organized under the slogan “Algeria: A diversified, innovative and competitive economy,” the 28th FPA runs until 28 December and will be attended by 467 Algerian public and private companies and startups over an overall area of 22,352 m², said the event organizer (the Algerian Company of Fairs and Exports-SAFEX).

This event aims essentially to showcase the production capacities of national companies and their ambitions within the framework of the new growth model of the Algerian economy.
