ALGIERS-Algeria on Monday "vigorously" condemned the attacks that targeted the Mussafah area and Abu Dhabi International Airport (United Arab Emirates), leaving 3 dead and 6 injured.
"Algeria vigorously condemns the attacks that targeted, on Monday 17 January 2022, the Mussafah area and Abu Dhabi International Airport, which left 3 dead and several injured," said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad.
"Algeria offers its heartfelt condolences to the UAE and the families of the victims, and wishes prompt recovery to the injured," said the source.
The Abu Dhabi Police announced that 3 people died and 6 others were injured in a fire that broke out on Monday morning in the area of "Mussafah" near the storage facilities of the Emirati Oil Company (ADNOC), which led to the explosion of 3 tankers carrying fuel.
Another fire broke out at a new construction site at Abu Dhabi International Airport.
