Chemical Weapons: Algeria elected vice-president of 27th session of CWC

THE HAGUE- Algeria, in the person of its Permanent Representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), Salima Abdelhak, was elected as vice-president of the 27th session of the Conference of the States Parties to the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), said Wednesday the Algerian Embassy in a statement in The Hague.

"Algeria has just been elected, in the person of Ambassador Salima Abdelhak, Permanent Representative of Algeria to the OPCW, as Vice-President of the 27th session of the Conference of the States Parties to the Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, which is taking place in the Hague from November 28 to December 2, 2022," said the source.
