Lamamra discusses with Saudi counterpart

ALGIERS- Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad Ramtane Lamamra held discussions with his Saudi counterpart Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al Saud who arrived on Wednesday in Algiers, as part of a working visit, the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs said in a statement.

The Saudi minister's visit "comes within the framework of the 3rd Algerian-Saudi Political Consultation Committee."

The meeting of this important mechanism on Thursday, under the co-chairmanship of the two countries' Foreign Affairs Ministries, will enable presenting the state of the bilateral relations in various fields and examining the prospects of their development in addition to the exchange of viewpoints and the coordination of positions on the main regional and international issues of common interest," said the source.
