World Bocce Championship: Algeria wins two medals

MERSIN (Turkey)- Algeria's raffa team won two medals (1 silver and 1 bronze) in the 39th World Bocce Championship, held from 1 to 5 November in Mersin (Turkey).

The silver medal was won by the pair Ahmed Triaki - Tarek Zekiri in the men's double event, while the bronze was won by Lamia Aissioui in the precision shooting event.

Algeria took part in this event with 12 athletes, six in raffa and six in bocce ball.
